Welcome to Galt Ocean Pilates, a boutique fitness studio that offers private, customized Pilates sessions either in person at the Dfit Training Studio, Fort Lauderdale or in the convenience of your own home, or virtually through Zoom. Galt Ocean Pilates focuses on customized performance goals developed to create a lifelong health and wellness journey for each individual. Each person’s body type, fitness level, and health history is taken into consideration. Pilates is a mind body practice that enhances all the activities of a person’s daily lifestyle. Pilates uses breath, concentration, control, precision, and flow together to restore strength, balance, body awareness, and range of motion with a focus on your core. Performance in many sports can be enhanced by incorporating Pilates into a regular training regime. Feel ageless and strengthen your entire body through your Pilates program.

Diane Epstein

Diane found a passion and love for pilates 20 years ago after seeking to find a workout that would help improve her strength, balance, and range of motion in her back and neck. Having scolosis and neck issues, finding Pilates was something Diane found to be challenging, yet helpful, with improvements in daily living movements. In 2019, her passion led to a career change for Diane as she embarked on a journey with the well known globally recognized Balanced Body Comprehensive Teacher Training Program. Diane’s certifications are in various disciplines including Integrated Movement Specialist, Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Trapeze Table, Cadillac, Tower, Springboard, Chair, Barre, MOTR, and Ladder Barrels, and Scolio-Pilates. 

Diane's motto is to balance life, self-care, mind, and functional movement through a variety of methods in order to achieve lifelong balance, control, and stability with aging which she loves to share with her clients. Her hobbies include painting, kayaking, and family time with her husband, two daughters, and dog.

ISABEL CHIARIELLO

Isabel embarked on her Pilates journey in 2012, driven by the desire to find relief from the challenges posed by scoliosis and chondromalacia in her knees. With persistent dedication, Pilates not only eased her physical discomfort but also sparked a profound transformation on her overall well-being.

Motivated to share this transformational journey with others, Isabel committed herself to becoming a comprehensive Pilates Instructor encompassing various disciplines such as Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Springboard, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Special Populations, TRX, Trigger Point and Barre. This unwavering commitment underscores her dedication to offering comprehensive, personalized instruction to her students.

Outside of the professional arena, Pilates has profoundly influenced Isabel’s personal life, catalyzing a remarkable metamorphosis. Reflecting on her journey, she underscores the profound potential of these practices to nurture mindful, healthy, and harmonious living, fostering a deep connection between mind, body, and spirit.
